Compassionate Clearing is owned and operated by Ahwatukee locals, Jordan and Dori. We are mothers with a passion for helping families and seniors in our community. Our introduction to Estate Clearing came after a beloved neighbor with a house full of memories was told his home was not profitable enough for an Estate Sale and was given the name of a dumpster company instead. We jumped in and helped the family in cleaning, staging and preparing the home for an amazing estate sale of our own.
Our team thoughtfully handles every detail of clearing your family’s home. We use a personalized combination of private sales, a local estate sale and charity donations to empty your home within 1-2 weeks.
Our process begins with a consultation either in person or a phone call to discuss your needs and preferences. As soon as the home is vacated, we will access the home with you, your realtor, or a trusted family friend for a tour. We will provide you with our suggested strategy and come up with a plan together that we can get started on promptly.
As soon as contracts are signed and the family has taken all items they would like from the house, we will get started with our careful and swift process.
We will meticulously clean, organize, and stage your home for a beautiful and successful sale. We use our local network to appraise every item and find new owners for as many precious items in the home as we can.
Immediately following the Estate Sale we work with a variety of local charities to donate the remaining items.
Our company is unique in that we require absolutely no deposit or money up front and you receive 70% of all sales.
We will provide you an estimate for the projected sales and also any costs associated with trash removal and/or cleaning services that can be deducted from estate sale proceeds.
Following the sale, we will provide you with an itemized tax form for all donated items. We will mail you a check and documentation for tax season within 7 business days of final walk through.
